Hi Steve

Just thought we'd give you an update on Digby's car phobia. If you remember he had a huge fear of getting into the car and you told us to persevere with both the training & gentle persuasion. Well he has just completed an 11 hour road trip to North East Scotland - jumping in and out of the car with a wagging tail at every stop. Now he's here of course he's having the time of his life - beaches, rolling hills, little traffic. Collie heaven. So thanks for setting us on the right path. Mission accomplished!

Just wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you so much for all your help with Alfie. You have given us so much good advice & top tips that we can now see Alfie turning into a happy & more relaxed dog & that's all we could wish for.

Dear Stephen

We just wanted to let you know how Woody is getting on and to say thank you for all your help and for showing us how to deal with him & his aggressive behaviour to other dogs.
We have got to the stage where we can pass other dogs with just one bark and sometimes no barking at all and for the past two weeks we have taken him on social walks on a Saturday morning with six other dogs and he is as good as gold and walks on a training lead and soon will be let off.
We will keep working with him and we are sure we will get to the stage where he can pass other dogs with no barking at all.

I would like to thank you for all your help and advice on Scruffy's behaviour. His confidence has really grown from the timid dog we had when we first rescued him & he is now enjoying playing with the few toys he has and also enjoying his food due to the changes you advised us to make. We have had no more aggression shown towards our son & his walking on a lead has also improved dramatically. If he happens to regress at all I will not hesitate to be in touch with you in the future.

Hi Steve

Just wanted to let you know how Seamus is getting on as he's so much calmer now & has picked up the training really quickly. We just didn't realise what a clever dog he was. He's virtually stopped jumping up at people & he no longer steals food, though he still looks longingly at it sometimes!
Special thanks for your walking technique too as he's stopped pulling on the lead completely now & our arms are very grateful.

Hello Steve

Just a quick note to thank you for your help with Choccie. I still find it hard to believe how quickly he responded to the training for his separation anxiety which has virtually gone. There is no more whining or chewing, thank goodness, so we're even thinking about getting that new sofa now! He's also happily socialising with other dogs now & is showing no more temerity at all. Thank you so much.

Hi Steve

I am really grateful for your advice & assistance with Eddie as his aggression towards other dogs has decreased immensely since your training sessions. Also the 'leave' training has worked for the whole family so he'll drop & leave everything for us, even his favourite toy in his own basket. What's so different about him is how much happier & relaxed he is. Once again, many thanks.

Thought I'd let you know how Branston is coming along. Her reponse to all the basic commands is just perfect, even her recall outside. I really wish I had contacted you about my other dog a couple of years ago as I found her puppy training classes pretty ineffective as there were so many distractions & so little time for proper help & guidance so I spent hours training her myself after the course.

Hiya,

I am pleased to say Raspberry has calmed down into a delightful dog. Her confidence has grown everyday, she’s rarely nervous of people anymore & can be off lead with other dogs OK & no more worries about recall. We’re so pleased we found her. Thanks again for all your help.

Jack's far better behaved now and generally knows his place, though occasionally gets excited when people visit. However, he calms down quite quickly now and is then no trouble at all. Thanks again.

Hi Steve,

Apologies for not emailing you sooner, but it's been a little manic since we got back on Sunday!
We just wanted to say thank you everso much for walking Mungo whilst we were away! From my parents comments you both enjoyed the daily walks, despite the weather! It's good to know that we've now got someone who we can trust to walk our eight and a half stone "baby" if we go on holiday! We'll definitely be in touch again!
